Wedding season is all about fun , good food, unlimited dancing and, of course, alcohol. It's no surprise, then, that the Punjabi concept of daaru ki gaddi is always a hit. But after a night of heavy partying and what's often called a cocktail night, waking up for early morning wedding rituals becomes a struggle. With most ceremonies scheduled at the crack of dawn, the inevitable hangover leaves many guests feeling sluggish and drained.
To "fix" this problem of an uninvited guest, IV drip bars are going big at the wedding scene. This concept, however, isn't new. Influencer Alanna Panday, for instance, had an IV therapy booth at her 2023 mehendi ceremony, offering guests hydration, hangover relief and energy boosts. She was even seen taking the drip herself.
