Thurston County prosecutors charged a 20-year-old man with murder Friday, saying the drive-by shooting in Lacey that killed two teenage brothers involved a case of mistaken identity.
Officers found the brothers, Alexander and Deven Borgen, dead in the street Nov. 14, both with gunshot wounds.
Charges against Trequanne Wilson-Mason, 20, of Lacey, include two counts of first-degree aggravated murder with a firearm, two counts of drive-by shooting and tampering with physical evidence, according to a charging document prosecutors filed Friday in Thurston County Superior Court.
Wilson-Mason has not yet entered a plea. Both he and a suspected getaway driver, who has not been charged, are being held without bail in Thurston County Jail.
Wilson-Mason was arrested in Wenatchee on Tuesday. Accor
