Day one of the Ashes in Perth was a breath-taking spectacle and day two followed suit as wickets continued to fall, with tourists England still in a dominant position.

England needed brilliant knocks from Brydon Carse and Gus Atkinson to give them a lifeline heading into the final session of day two of the Ashes. Ben Stokes ' side bowled out the Australian's for 132 and looked to be on course for a respectable score as Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope got them up and running after Zak Crawley's disappointing dismissal.
