Kozhikode : Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and Minority Affairs, George Kurian, on Saturday, said that central agencies are legally empowered to intervene in the Sabarimala gold plating irregularities case if a black-money link emerges during investigation. He added that those responsible “will not be spared by Lord Ayyappa.”
Speaking to reporters in Kozhikode, Kurian said an FIR has already been registered, enabling central agencies to step in whenever required. “Their intervention will not be political; it will strictly follow the law. I believe the agencies will act accordingly,” he said.
