A North Sea oil worker who died last week is set to be remembered with a minute's applause at the Aberdeen v Hearts match tomorrow.

32-year-old Lee Hulse, from Torry , tragically passed away in the early hours of Friday, November 14 while working on the Valaris 121 oil platform, off the coast of Aberdeen .

Dons fans will now remember Lee on the 32nd minute of the side's Premiership fixture at Pittodrie on Sunday. Everyone attending the game is asked to get involved and pay their respects to Lee and his family.

Lee was a member of the Red Army, a fan funded group who organise displays at Aberdeen games, the Record reports .

It is believed the former Torry Academy pupil passed away after falling from a crane. Lee's death is being investigated by the Health and Safety Executiv
