In total, 26 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $872,142. The average price per square foot was $439.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $795K, detached house at 26 Honeybrook Drive

A 2,871-square-foot single-family home at 26 Honeybrook Drive in Princeton has been sold. The price was $795,000, $277 per square foot. The house was built in 1968. The deal was finalized on Oct. 20.
