A house in Vineland that sold for $2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Vineland area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 20 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $575,051, or $240 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family residence at 920 Michigan Ave. in Vineland. The price was $275,000. The house was built in 1917 and the living area totals 1,434 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $192. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
