RAPID CITY, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Reptile Gardens announced on Saturday that they would be partially open on Saturday, despite a fire on Friday at a detached agricultural shelter that left several reptiles dead.

In a social media post , the park said that at this time, the Sky Dome and Show Building would be the only spaces open to the public.

The post went on to thank those who reached out to provide assistance and said there was no better way to support them than by supporting first responders.

The post concluded by saying that they will rebuild, honor and remember the animals that were lost.

Reptile Gardens is open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MT.
