PIERRE, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - On Tuesday, South Dakota Public Broadcasting will present the Grand Lighting Ceremony from the Capitol Rotunda in Pierre.

The ceremony will be shown on SDPB TV, online at SDPB.org , and SDPB’s YouTube page , on November 25 at 7:00 p.m.

The State Capitol in Pierre is annually decorated with hundreds of decorated trees, with the Grand Lighting Ceremony bringing together families, visitors, and communities to celebrate the season with music and festive displays.

A live stream of the Capitol Rotunda Christmas trees will be available throughout the season on SDPB.org and the SDPB YouTube page.
