Police in Chicago's western suburbs are looking for victims of a St. Charles man who allegedly took hundreds of videos up women's skirts and dresses over the past eight years, authorities said.

Jascent M. Harvey, 29, was charged with felony burglary and felony unauthorized video recording of intimate parts, Geneva police said. Harvey was arrested in early October after detectives determined he allegedly recorded video under a woman's skirt at a Geneva store.

Investigators performed a forensic search of Harvey's phone and located more than 400 videos recorded under women's skirts that were taken beginning in 2017, police stated.

Videos were allegedly recorded at the following locations:

Stores, banks and office buildings in Algonquin, DeKalb, Geneva, Elgin, Naperville, South Elgin, St.
