MINNEAPOLIS — Three teenagers were taken to a hospital following a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Minneapolis.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash near 60th Street East and Bloomington Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.

Police believe that a Honda Odyssey was traveling west on 60th Street East when it left the roadway, striking a light pole.

The Minneapolis Fire Department freed the driver, a 17-year-old girl, from the vehicle. She was then taken to a hospital.

Another 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy were in the car at the time of the crash. They were also transported to a hospital.

According to authorities, the car had been reported stolen.
