A new report shows that happiness in the U.S. is falling at one of the fastest rates in the developed world. The Common Good, a pro-democracy nonprofit, gave the U.S. a D+ in happiness in its annual "America's Report Card." In 2011, the World Happiness Report ranked the U.S. as 11th 11th-happiest country, but it is now the 24th-happiest.
