South Korea tourists killed as van ploughs into crowd and cops swarm scene

A van has crashed into tourists in South Korea, killing two people and seriously injuring eight others.

The passenger vehicle is believed to have suddenly accelerated and crashed into a crowded area in Yeonpyeong-ri, Udo-myeon, Jeju-si. Two people suffered cardiac arrests and were later pronounced dead. Eight others were injured, including one with serious injuries and seven with minor injuries, and were taken to the hospital.
