Northfield volunteers hand out Thanksgiving meal boxes

NORTHFIELD, Vt. (WCAX) - On Monday, volunteers in Northfield will hand out Thanksgiving meal boxes at the community food shelf.

The community emergency relief volunteers spent Saturday handing out boxes, and they’ll do it again on Monday.

It’s thanks in part to Tops Markets, which donated 60 turkeys towards the effort.

The community emergency relief volunteers serve Northfield, Roxbury, and Riverton.
