SHAKOPEE, Minn. — The new Mystic Lake Amphitheater continues to build its inaugural summer lineup, with Monday bringing the biggest announcement to date.

Legendary rock and roll bad boys Guns N' Roses will be playing Shakopee on Saturday, Aug. 8. The lineup features 3 original members: Mercurial lead singer Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash and Duff McKagan on bass. Tickets go on sale for the general public on Friday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. via the G N' R website (Ticketmaster), but the band is offering presale opportunities for members of its Nightrain Fan Club starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
