WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - A drug investigation in Waterbury resulted in the seizure of fentanyl and crack cocaine from a bodega on Charles Street.
Members of the Waterbury Police Department’s Vice and Intelligence Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, Auto Theft Task Force, and the DEA New Haven District Office executed multiple search and seizure warrants on Nov. 20.
The warrants included one at 98 Charles Street, identified as a bodega, a warrant for Gerardo Guzman, 36, and a warrant for a black BMW.
During the investigation, officers seized ammunition, drug paraphernalia, 76.17 grams of fentanyl and 110.52 grams of crack cocaine.
