ELDRIDGE, Iowa (KWQC) - The Eldridge Volunteer Fire Department is holding it’s second annual holiday toy drive.
The department is collecting toys and monetary donations to help support North Scott families in need this holiday season, according to a media release.
Firefighters are accepting new, unwrapped toys or cash from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the Eldridge Hy-Vee on Dec. 6 and Dec. 13.
Kids and families are also able to meet Sparky, get a tour of a fire truck and get a treat for supporting the drive, officials said.
