A mum neglected and starved her teenage daughter - who was found on the bathroom floor after being left in an "emaciated, skeletal state" . Kyneddi Miller's body lay on a rug on the floor of the bathroom of the family home for days until cops discovered when carrying out a welfare check.

Police found the 14-year-old girl had been neglected so badly by Julie A Miller she succumbed to "an obvious emaciated, skeletal state" at the home in Morrisvale, West Virginia.
