ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man is dead after getting shot in northwest Atlanta on Monday evening, according to police.

The shooting took place at 464 Bishop St. NW, where officers found a man with a gunshot wound in his car.

He was pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
