ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A former UPS driver and his accomplice have been indicted for conspiring to steal and sell more than $130,000 worth of T-Mobile merchandise in Walton County, according to Georgia’s attorney general.

Between April and September 2025, Ivan Robert Stewart, who was then working as a driver for Sandy Springs-based UPS, allegedly stole packages containing T-Mobile phones and accessories from a metro Atlanta UPS hub, the office of Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr said in a news release Tuesday.

Stewart, 32, of Atlanta, then gave several of the stolen packages to his accomplice, Charline Lashai Gatlin, Carr’s office said.
