A Midtown property located near Jack Cawthon’s Bar-B-Que and previously slated for a mixed-use building is now being listed for sale.

Marketing materials for the seven-parcel property, with a main address of 301 15th Ave. N. , do not include an asking price. However, all entitlements needed for a development of the site, which offers no building, are in place.

Q&A Holdings GP (Ashley Quinn and Nick Adler), which is affiliated with locally based BNA Investments, paid $5 million for the 0.89-acre site in September 2021, according to Metro records.
