Chattanooga man shot inside car in targeted attack on Windsor Street

A 26-year-old man was shot inside his car on Windsor Street in Chattanooga on Monday evening.

Chattanooga police say officers arrived at the scene on Windsor Street around 7:30pm after learning that a 26-year-old man had arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound.

The Chattanooga Police Department says the preliminary investigation shows the victim was in a vehicle when a suspect shot him in a targeted incident.
