Skins, one of the most popular drama shows of the 2000s, has achieved cult status since its conclusion in 2013. First broadcast on E4 in 2007, Skins chronicled the lives of a group of teenagers navigating their two years of sixth form , gaining notoriety for its controversial storylines tackling issues such as mental health , dysfunctional families, substance misuse, and bullying.
