A 49-year-old Egg Harbor Township man was arrested and charged after he was chatting with a juvenile online, authorities announced Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Officers began investigating Edward Roselle after receiving a report from an independent online group that he was engaging in a sexually inappropriate communications with a person he believed to be a juvenile, Egg Harbor Township police said.
Roselle is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
