A thug who poured boiling water over his partner as she desperately tried to shield herself with a coat has been locked up for his vicious two-hour attack.

Daniel Nash ordered his friend Thomas Osborne to grab a knife and boil a kettle as he rained down blows on his defenceless girlfriend.

The 34-year-old repeatedly punched his partner in her face before stabbing her in the leg with a blade and whacking her with bolt croppers.

He even tried to chop her fingers off and hit her with a dog lead during his horrifying attack.

When his mum turned up at the property, Nash lashed out at her and chucked a brick towards her.
