CARTHAGE, Mo. — It was part of the original plan for a new high school campus in 2004, when Carthage students still attended class in a century-old building on Main Street.
It also was part of the plan drawn up by residents and school officials during a series of public meetings in late 2010 to determine the district’s long-range needs. ×
