CONWAY, Ark. — A Texas-based company that claims it can reduce casualties in a school shooting brought its product to Arkansas on Tuesday.
Campus Guardian Angel, founded by Justin Marston and former Navy SEAL Bill King, is set to roll out their technology in three Florida school districts starting in January.
“We sat in a Whataburger, and we basically decided to start the company together,” Marston described.
On Tuesday, they demonstrated their drones at Conway High School, where Eric King, Director of School Safety and Security for Conway Public Schools, said he was intrigued.
“To be able to see things like this, especially for the first time,” King said. “And see it live, it really opens your mind to what all is out there, and what all is available to help keep kids safe.”
