Prosecutors Allege the Childcare Provider Produced, Distributed, and Possessed Explicit Images of Minors

Federal prosecutors have charged a West Los Angeles childcare provider with sexually exploiting multiple children under his supervision, alleging he used positions of trust to produce and distribute child sexual abuse material, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday.

Miguel Adrian Gonzalez, 28, was named in a 16-count federal indictment that accuses him of obtaining custody of minors to create child pornography, producing explicit images of children he babysat, distributing and receiving child sexual abuse material online, and possessing illicit images on his electronic devices. Gonzalez has been held without bond since his arrest on October 28 and is scheduled to be arraigned
