A man waved his penis around in a busy sandwich shop in Pembrokeshire , a court has heard. Marc Innes then unleashed a torrent of racial and homophobic abuse at the police officer who arrested him for his drunken takeaway display.

During the bizarre episode at the Subway in Haverfordwest the 34-year-old former tree surgeon also stole crisps and "used filthy language", his sentencing hearing at Swansea Crown Court heard on Tuesday.

During the hearing the judge told the defendant that the only person who was interested in his penis was him, and he said that by his behaviour the 34-year-old had demeaned himself. For the latest court stories sign up to our crime newsletter
