EAGLE, Idaho — A section of Eagle Road between Chinden Boulevard and Ustick Road will close nightly for 10 days starting on Monday, Dec. 1.

ITD warns drivers and pedestrians that they can expect closures from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. daily until Dec. 10. Sidewalks will close during that time as well, and detours will be in place to other routes along Eagle Road, Chinden Boulevard and McMillian Road.

The closures are to allow the Idaho Transportation Department to install variable-speed limit signs that provide real-time speed feedback to drivers and reduce speed limits during peak traffic times.
