SPANISH LAKE, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Residents at Trinity Park Apartments have until December 14 to vacate their homes after St. Louis County condemned 12 buildings within the complex, citing hazardous living conditions, including mold, missing furnaces, and structural damage.
Shermain Sharp, who has lived at the Spanish Lake complex for nearly two years, said she received the notice just one month after renewing her lease in October.
“It took forever for them to let me sign my lease, and then when I finally signed it, not even a few... literally like probably a month later, they got the note on the door saying we have to be out in 30 days,” Sharp said.
