Thanksgiving is shaping up to be quite pleasant, with chilly but clear conditions expected through Friday. We'll see plenty of sunshine and highs generally in the upper 30s to around 40 degrees.

Saturday, a more potent weather system is set to move in. We're forecasting precipitation to begin as snow or a rain and snow mix during the morning hours. This wintry start is expected to transition to all rain by the afternoon.

Looking beyond Saturday, the chilly weather is definitely here to stay, with below-normal temperatures continuing into early next week. There's a possibility of another system bringing chances for wintry precipitation Monday night into Tuesday.
