A 31-year-old man has been arrested at Manchester Airport in connection with the terror attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in which two people were killed.
Greater Manchester Police said a 31-year-old man was detained on suspicion of commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism after arriving on an inbound flight.
It brings the total number of people arrested in connection with Jihad Al Shamie's attack o n October 2 to seven. Worshippers Melvin Cravitz and Adrian Daulby were killed in the incident, which happened at about 9.30am.
