Passengers are facing a chaotic commute after tram services were cancelled.
There is currently no Midland Metro service operating between West Bromwich Central and Handsworth Booth Street after a tram broke down at Kenrick Park.
Tickets can be used on National Express West Midlands buses and a shuttle service has been laid on between Handsworth Booth Street and Edgbaston Village.

Meanwhile, fans were desperately trying to make the 5.45pm kick off as Aston Villa play Young Boys.
WMM said: "Due to a broken down tram at Kenrick Park, there is currently no service between West Bromwich Central and Handsworth Booth Street.
