IOWA CITY, Iowa (KWWL) - The Iowa City Fire Department responded to a house fire Thursday morning at 50 Amber Lane at 11:47 a.m.
Smoke was rising from the back side of the building when firefighters arrived. They brought the fire under control within about 10 minutes.
The house sustained moderate damage. No injuries were reported, but the house's two occupants were displaced.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
