Mounds of rubbish and dirty, broken plastic bottles have been dumped in one part of Merseyside, representing another depressing incident of criminal fly-tipping in south Sefton . Multiple reports of illegal rubbish piles have been made in 2025 and are blighting the communities around Bootle , Litherland and Seaforth, according to Sefton Council.
