Red Bank Family’s Thanksgiving Feast Crashes To The Floor In Wild Viral Video

A video of a New Jersey family’s fully loaded Thanksgiving table collapsing mid-celebration is going viral.

Kat Hovanian told PEOPLE that about 150 relatives were gathered at her aunt’s Red Bank home on Thursday, Nov. 27, when the table buckled. The clip shows Hovanian’s 12-year-old cousin giving a speech as the antique table suddenly snaps behind her, sending dishes and trays crashing to the floor.

Gasps and expletives erupted as the holiday spread toppled over. Hovanian told PEOPLE the table simply gave out under the weight of the food and its age, despite speculation that someone had leaned on it.
