CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - An interstate sign collapsed onto a car, seriously hurting two people on a Charlotte interstate.
The crash happened Friday, Nov. 28, on Interstate 77 South, according to Charlotte Fire Department crews.
Personnel freed the driver in under half an hour, and two people were taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The cause of the sign’s collapse was not immediately made clear.
