CLEVELAND — Shedeur Sanders made his first NFL home start for the Browns against the San Francisco 49ers.

The rookie fifth-round pick out of the University of Colorado played at home in his debut, when he came in in relief of a concussed Dillon Gabriel to start the second half of the Week 11 loss to the Baltimore Ravens . Sanders' first start, though, came on the road in a win over the Las Vegas Raiders .
