CLEVELAND — The Browns have ruled out right tackle Jack Conklin with a concussion to open the second half of their Nov. 30 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Conklin left the field to go to the medical tent with 3:28 remaining in the first half. He then went to the locker room to be evaluated.

Conklin has been injury plagued throughout the season. He's played in seven games, but this is the fourth he's left because of some kind of injury.
