Entities tracing to Daniel Hochman, doing business as Wealthful Creations, acquired property Oct. 30 at 481 E. Baseline Road, Gilbert, for $6.05 million from an entity tracing to Atlas Capital Partners, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The property includes a 25,220 square-foot industrial flex space with one multitenant building built in 2020 on 2.654 acres zoned general industrial by the town of Gilbert. It has 10 grade doors, according to aerial imagery.
