An entity in care of private equity firm Bakerson Companies acquired The Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care property in Gilbert for $26.5 millon from an entity tracing to Bridge Investment Group Partners, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
The sale came with $32.88 million in cross-collateralized debt with Forbright Bank. The sale price includes $3.43 million in furniture, fixtures and equipment and intangibles.
This was part of a portfolio sale spanning two senior living facilities in Maricopa County and totaling $53 million.
The Oaks at 3675 S. Rome St., Gilbert, is a 134-unit senior living facility. It is 94,098 square feet in one two-story building built 2014 on 4.79 acres zoned general office. Units include studios, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartm
