SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley police and Spokane County deputies arrested a suspect after a standoff Saturday night.

According to a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, deputies were called to a domestic violence incident near North McKee Road and East Augusta Avenue. The Sheriff’s Office said the suspect refused to leave the home, prompting the activation of the SWAT team.

After some time, the suspect surrendered peacefully. The Sheriff’s Office said the individual is facing multiple charges, including felony offenses.
