A second man has been arrested in connection to a Nov. 13 shooting homicide, the North Little Rock Police Department announced Sunday.
Shaqwon Collins, 29, of Jacksonville turned himself in to authorities around 9:14 a.m. Sunday, according to a media release.
Collins is the second person arrested during the investigation of the shooting death of Devoris Lockhart, 42, of North Little Rock. Lockhart was killed in a shooting that occurred at the Shell gas station at 4123 MacArthur Drive.
Police arrested Orlandos Embry, 28, of North Little Rock on Wednesday on charges of capital murder and attempted aggravated robbery.
