LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — North Little Rock Police have made arrests in a homicide that happened at a Shell gas station parking lot on Nov. 13, 2025.
Officials stated that 29-year-old Shaqwon Collins turned himself in to authorities at the North Little Rock Justice Center on Sunday, Nov. 30, for Capital Murder, Criminal Attempt to Commit Aggravated Robbery, Terroristic Act, and Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons.
On Nov. 26, Police arrested 28-year-old Orlandos Embry for Capital Murder and Attempted Aggravated Robbery.
Both Embry and Collins were charged and arrested in connection with the death of 42-year-old Devoris Lockhart of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
