Chilly morning expected, then rain moves in

Well below average temperatures and wet conditions are in store for the start of the work week, before a slight warm up by late week.

Tonight, mostly cloudy skies are expected, as well as overnight lows near 30. Fog is present in higher elevations and areas near water, so something to be mindful if you are heading out.

Monday morning will start off cold, with out-the-door temperatures in the upper 20s and low 30s, but wind chill values in the teens. Widespread rain looks to move in by the afternoon, and stick around for the rest of the day and into Tuesday morning. Highs warm to the upper 40s.
