BBC Breakfast presenter Sally Nugent issued an apology to viewers after news bulletins were disrupted during the latest episode of the programme .
Host Sally paused Monday's broadcast (December 1) ahead of a news segment to inform audiences that a fire had occurred at the BBC's Glasgow headquarters, reports the Express .
