GOUVERNEUR, New York (WWNY) - State police arrested a Gouverneur man after he allegedly threatened another man with a knife.
According to State Police, 28-year-old Timothy Fadden allegedly pulled out a knife and made threatening remarks to a victim at the Clearview Motel in the town of Gouverneur on Friday, November 28th. Fadden was later found carrying narcotics and credit and debit cards belonging to a separate victim.
Fadden was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
He was arraigned in the Town of Gouverneur Court, where he was released under the supervision of probation.
