A woman banned from Morrisons and B&M has been jailed after a court order imposed only weeks ago.

Rebecca Hunter, 36, was arrested after a spate of offences, including thefts from Boots and Costa last month.

She also tried to take a charity collection box from the supermarket despite the ban.

Hunter was barred from entering Morrisons and B&M in Guisborough and required her to leave any retail store if told to by staff or police under the terms of a criminal behaviour order handed down by a court in September.

She was also banned from a specific area of Guisborough and prohibited from using threatening intimidatin
