TOLEDO, Ohio — Thanks to snowfall across northwest Ohio, it's beginning to look like Christmas in the 2000 block of Nevada Street in East Toledo.

For several weeks, Lighting Up Nevada Street light display creator Jason Kendall spent nearly morning, noon and night setting up lights for 14 different houses down his one-way street.

He first showcased the finishing touches on Facebook of the display of 250,000 lights strung with care on Nov. 14.

Kendall said he is in constant competition with himself from the year before. This is the fifth year for the annual holiday light's display, and each year he's managed to convince more neighbors to join in on the fun. This year's display already has several more homes on the street signed up for next year.
